Che McAuley

Hi, I'm Che, writer, editor and a so-so director and actor when I have to be. Creatively minded from a young age, I bounced around through mediums. In January of 2025 I was laying in a hotel in Japan in the midst of a covid fuelled delirium on the weakest painkillers known to man thinking there has to be more to life than this. On a whim I decided to enrol myself in TAFE, a thing I had flirted with doing but talked myself out of, I set the wheel in motion as best I could and when I returned home quickly completed the enrolment and a month later started my first day in a CERT III in Film and Television. I completed that and had a plan, which immediately failed due to the a mixture of illness, injury and the need to pursue money to live. Now that those things have been resolved I have endeavoured to make more creative things and make a second go at pursuing a future I want for myself.
